Our greatest asset is our team of practitioners who we select very carefully, not only for their qualifications, knowledge and experience but also for their love of children.

Our team is managed by Stacy, who holds a Foundation Degree in Early Years.  Stacy is our SendCo, with a  Level 3 Qualification.  She is also both our Designated Safeguarding and 2 Year Lead.

Deputy Manager’s are : 

Liz who holds a Level 4 NVQ in Children’s Care, Learning and Development, Liz is a Health and Safety Officer.

Jessica who holds a Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People’s Workforce : Early Learning and Childcare Pathway. Jessica is also a Health and Safety Officer.

Keyperson – Kylie who holds a Degree in Primary Education (BA Hons) with QTS and is a Level 3 Forest School Leader.

Keyperson – Maisie who holds a Level 3 Early Years Educator with Distinction.

All the above staff hold a qualification in Paediatric First Aid.

Administrator :

Jayne who holds a Level 3 Diploma In Management and a BTEC Level 3 in Business Administration.  Jayne is also a Designated Safeguarding Lead

All our staff are enhanced DBS checked and have had Safeguarding Training.

Every child and their family is allocated a key person.  As we are a small team, all staff are co-keyworkers and all relevant information is shared to better support our children and ensure consistency.
